Developing the mansion into a tourist attraction is based on three pillars:

• creating a visitor centre (museum) with focus on heritage
• establishing community areas (events)
• revitalization of the mansion park (events and recreation)

The halls of the mansion have two functions: they are both used as exhibition halls and as venues for cultural events.

The generously decorated former grand hall and the Neo-Renaissance library covered with wooden panels have been preserved almost in their original forms, together with the panel-based and patterned parquet floor of the former ladies' hall.

• Rehabilitation and revitalization of the flora in the mansion's park

• Building an event area, stage and facilities within the mansion's park

• Creating a souvenir shop – a souvenir shop with a new, up-to-date product structure based on locally produced products, especially the wines of Tolcsva
• Creating a coffee bar
• Organizing unique and complex events within the authentic halls and interiors of the mansion and its park
